We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Compensation Manager to join our Delivery Service Partnerships team at Amazon TA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic programs and initiatives that drive our DSP payments program, directly shaping the way we compensate our delivery partners across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Strategic Programs and Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic programs and initiatives that drive our DSP payments program, directly shaping the way we compensate our delivery partners across Europe.
- Develop Processes and Mechanisms: Develop processes and mechanisms that address existing shortcomings and enable us to scale our growing business.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis that allows us to understand the financial health of our delivery partners, and develop processes to drive these analyses at scale.
- Report to Senior Leadership: Report to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Our goal is to make our customers' delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newest concepts, like DSP, Micromobility, Sustainability, or Global Integration.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field.
- Program Management Experience: Relevant experience with program management, demonstrating end-to-end ownership of projects and initiatives.
- Microsoft Office and Excel Skills: Relevant experience with Microsoft Office and in particular Excel (e.g. V-lookups & pivot tables).
- Advanced or Master's Degree: An advanced or master's degree in a relevant field.
- Supply Chain and Logistics Experience: Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, parcel delivery, and/or e-commerce.
- Start-up Environment Experience: Relevant experience in a start-up environment, owning the creation of new processes and systems to drive continuous improvement, particularly in the payments/compensation space.
- P&L Ownership Experience: Relevant experience in P&L ownership and/or oversight.
