Automation Process Expert

Position Overview:
As an Automated Process Specialist, you will leverage software tools to oversee our production systems and address any process irregularities. We are seeking your expertise across various operational domains including wafer testing, plasma processing, lithography, wet chemistry, and furnace technology.
Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and monitoring automated production systems.
- Capturing, coordinating, and processing error notifications through production software.
- Evaluating and documenting deviations using analytical decision-making tools.
- Implementing measures to ensure production stability.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and sharing outcomes with relevant departments.
The position operates on a continuous shift schedule, with 8-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week, following a 6/4 rhythm. Work is conducted in a cleanroom environment.
Qualifications:
You will excel in this position if you possess:
- A completed vocational training (preferably in technical, electrical, or technological fields, such as process mechanics) or an A Level.
- Some experience in a production environment and proficiency in IT.
- A strong enthusiasm for challenging tasks in a highly automated production setting and a commitment to teamwork.
- Experience with MS Office or similar software applications.
- A good command of German (minimum B1 level, B2 level preferred).
