We are seeking a skilled Mechanic Specialist to join our team at Waldemar Link GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the Installation and Operation of precision machinery, including Drilling, Milling, and Grinding Machines.

• Machine Setup and Operation: Ensure the smooth operation of machinery, including Calibration and Maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Production and Quality Control: Work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently and effectively.
• Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory levels, including Ordering and Stocking of necessary materials.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Education: A completed apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of precision machinery, including Drilling, Milling, and Grinding Machines.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Availability: Willingness to work in a Rotating Shift schedule, including Early, Late, and Night Shifts.
