Your Mission

In this Role, You Will:
  • Contribute to the Operations team by assisting in various functions such as Customer Support, Vendor Management, Process Optimization, and Project Coordination.
  • Help in the planning and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and automation.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish and execute effective operational procedures.
  • Provide additional support to business partners as required.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects that promote Finoa's global expansion.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Management, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • You demonstrate reliability, self-motivation, and a quick learning ability, coupled with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • You are proficient in English; knowledge of German or other languages is advantageous.
  • You possess a good command of Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • You exhibit a proactive attitude, an entrepreneurial mindset, resilience under pressure, and a willingness to take an active role in our rapidly growing organization.
