About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at IBIS. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Handle all front office administrative tasks, including reservation management and guest communication
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process payments and handle cash handling duties
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
