Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Robotics Software Engineer to join our team at Lemvos GmbH. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and refining control algorithms for our unmanned vessels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize ROS 2 applications for our unmanned vessels
  • Design and implement embedded C software for our robotic systems
  • Integrate sensors (Sonar, Radar, etc.) into our robotic platforms
  • Test and evaluate software on our robotic test platforms
  • Troubleshoot issues during lab and field tests
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS 2
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python
  • Good Linux skills
  • Experience with Micro-ROS is advantageous
  • Ability to work proactively and independently, with a structured approach
  • Good documentation and communication skills in English
  • A strong portfolio of personal projects is highly regarded
