Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the seamless operation of both central and decentralized IT infrastructure.
  • Administer the latest technologies utilized within the organization.
  • Ensure the availability of global infrastructure services while adhering to established standards and service level agreements.
  • Develop and implement service-oriented solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and proactively optimize the IT infrastructure.
  • Assist the helpdesk by analyzing issues and resolving problems within the 2nd and 3rd level support framework.
  • Document technical implementations, architectures, and processes.
  • Support the planning, execution, and management of international IT projects, applying modern project management methodologies.
Candidate Profile:
  • A degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
  • Relevant professional experience is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of system architectures in data centers and global network environments, cloud technologies, certificates, high availability solutions, virtualization, security technologies, and scripting.
  • Excellent knowledge of databases, particularly MS-SQL.
  • Experience with IT service management and the ability to create effort and cost estimates.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficient in both German and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with others.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
