In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachkollegen aus der Solution Line SAP & Finance Transformation wirst Du direkt mit unseren Klienten arbeiten, um Geschäftsprozesse zu modernisieren und in IT-Systeme zu integrieren. Deine Expertise wird entscheidend sein, um die digitale Transformation unserer Klienten erfolgreich zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben
Wenn Du Deine Beratungsfähigkeiten im Bereich ERP Consulting einbringen möchtest, hast Du hier die Möglichkeit:

  • Du begleitest unsere Klienten bei der Implementierung von SAP als zentrale Ansprechperson für Supply Chain- und Logistiklösungen in S/4HANA.
  • Du berätst unsere Klienten während des gesamten Projektzyklus in allen Aspekten der Produktionsplanung (SAP PP) und des Projektsystems (PS) in S/4HANA, beginnend mit der Analyse der bestehenden Prozess- und Systemlandschaft bis hin zur Implementierung und Nachbetreuung.
  • Du erfasst die Ist-Prozesse und definierst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team die Soll-Prozesse. Dabei identifizierst Du Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst Lösungen in PP und PS in S/4HANA unter Berücksichtigung relevanter Schnittstellen (z.B. MES, PCO usw.).
  • Du konfigurierst SAP PP und PS (Stammdaten wie Materialstamm, Stücklisten und Arbeitspläne sowie deren Prozesse), überwachst die Implementierung, führst Softwaretests durch und begleitest den Übergang sowie die Rollouts.
  • Du hast Freude an teamübergreifenden, innovativen Projekten, die Dich sowohl fachlich als auch technisch herausfordern und Dir die Möglichkeit zur Weiterentwicklung bieten.
  • Du nutzt Deine Expertise zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Lösungsportfolios. Neue Trends erkennst Du eigenständig und entwickelst unsere Dienstleistungen im Bereich SAP Supply Chain PP und PS weiter.
  • Du bringst Deine Erfahrung in die Angebotserstellung und Vertragsverhandlungen ein.
Dein Profil
  • Du bist (Senior) Consultant (w/m/d) im Bereich SAP Supply Chain Produktion/Produktionsplanung und hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt Logistik.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Industrie und/oder Beratung in den Bereichen Produktion, Produktionsplanung und Materialbedarfsplanung.
  • Du überzeugst durch fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Beratung und Akquise von Klienten.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in SAP-Projekten in verschiedenen Phasen (Fit/Gap, Design, Implementierung, Test, Rollout usw.) sowie Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden wie Scrum.
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher.
  • Um unsere Klienten vor Ort optimal zu beraten, bringst Du eine hohe Reisebereitschaft mit.
