Job Title: Freight Forwarding Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate smooth transportation, handling, and storage of goods
• Dispatch goods at specified times to ensure timely delivery
• Process export orders efficiently and accurately
• Handle customs formalities and ensure compliance with regulations
• Develop and implement logistics concepts to optimize transportation routes
• Book insurance for transported goods to minimize risks
• Manage procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of goods

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent experience
• Strong commercial knowledge and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
• Excellent German language skills and good English skills
• Strong organization, reliability, and accuracy
• Team player with a structured work approach
