The Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a senior marketing professional who is looking to take their career to the next level. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our commercial and tax practices in Germany.

You will work closely with our lawyers and business professionals to understand their needs and develop marketing campaigns that meet their objectives. You will also be responsible for managing our marketing budget and ensuring that our marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals.

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in marketing and business development, with experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies in a professional services firm. You should have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our commercial and tax practices in Germany
  • Work closely with our lawyers and business professionals to understand their needs and develop marketing campaigns that meet their objectives
  • Manage our marketing budget and ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals

Marketing Campaigns and Events

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our commercial and tax practices in Germany
  • Plan and execute events to promote our services and build relationships with clients and prospects
  • Manage our marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media

Business Development and Relationship Building

  • Build relationships with our clients and prospects to understand their needs and develop marketing campaigns that meet their objectives
  • Work closely with our lawyers and business professionals to develop business development strategies and plans
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our practice

Team Management and Collaboration

  • Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve our marketing goals
  • Collaborate with our lawyers and business professionals to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our marketing team

Skills and Experience

  • Strong background in marketing and business development, with experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies in a professional services firm
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
