About the Role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Deutschland GmbH is the largest beverage company in Germany, responsible for bottling and distributing Coca-Cola brand products nationwide.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Team Member (m/w/d) to join our team in Lüneburg. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production equipment, machinery, and aggregates to ensure optimal production performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the functionality and safety of production equipment.
  • Perform routine cleaning and disinfection of equipment and participate in weekly maintenance shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Identify and resolve production issues and malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
  • Document production parameters and notify relevant teams of any deviations.
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training or relevant work experience in a similar field.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in shift and weekend rotations.
