About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Communications Specialist to join our PR and Marketing Team at alcemy GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing communication strategies to promote our mission and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and manage content for our website, LinkedIn account, and newsletter.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of PR and marketing campaigns.
  • Research and prepare content related to sustainable concrete, Greentech, and decarbonization.
  • Support the organization of events and our webinar of the alcemy academy.
What You'll Achieve
  • Within the first month, you will go through the onboarding process and familiarize yourself with the team, our mission, products, and customers.
  • Immerse yourself in our communication strategy and learn how to tailor our story for specific target audiences.
  • Create your first LinkedIn content and assist in writing articles.
Requirements
  • You care about fighting climate change.
  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Communications, PR, Media, Marketing, or a related field at a German university.
  • You are a good communicator.
  • You have a passion for sustainability and Greentech topics.
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • You are creative and have a keen sense for compelling storytelling.
  • You have a proactive and structured work approach with a high level of initiative.

Hiring Process

Our hiring process is fully remote and we'll communicate with you over email and video chat.

  • Initial 1:1 screening call (30 minutes) with one of our team members
  • Complete a take-home task relevant to the actual work you'd be doing
  • A team and technical interview (60 minutes) with 2 of your future team members

Note: We cannot offer relocation support for this position, and due to regulations, you need to be enrolled in a German university.
