Job Title: Global CCR Performance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Global CCR Performance Analyst to join our Competence Center Readymix (CCR) Europe team at Heidelberg Materials. The successful candidate will be based at our Headquarters in Heidelberg and report to the RMC Improvement Manager Finance & Sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Global CCR Finance & Sustainability team with corporate reporting and analytics on RMC financial performance, sustainability, and other KPIs.
  • Prepare, validate, and analyze data for RMC Group financial and sustainability reporting.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis on financial, sustainability, or operational KPIs.
  • Support global RMC performance improvement initiatives with data analysis and assessments.
  • Maintain connections to relevant Group functions and be able to proficiently use their systems relevant for RMC data.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous work experience in a corporate environment, ideally in finance/controlling.
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and high-quality output.
  • Well-organized and self-motivated with strong project management skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to address all hierarchical levels.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel.
