Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Marketing Specialist to join our team at NOZ MEDIEN. As a Trainee Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot.
