The Payroll Administrator plays a crucial role in managing payroll functions across Europe for EVERSANA INTOUCH. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Payroll, this position is essential for ensuring precise and compliant payroll execution while serving as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and audit payrolls for various European nations, ensuring adherence to legal standards and organizational policies.
  • Partner with local HR teams to handle necessary documentation for compliance and payroll administration.
  • Collaborate with payroll service providers for statutory reporting and remittances to governmental bodies.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and liaise with government agencies as needed.
  • Assist in researching local regulations and practices for the Corporate Headquarters in the United States.
  • Recognize and implement enhancements for payroll processes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, business partners, and leadership to address challenges effectively.
  • Exhibit adaptability in a dynamic and expanding environment, including communication across different time zones.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, ideally within European contexts.
  • Familiarity with statutory obligations and the ability to balance organizational needs.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong focus on customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Collaborative, self-driven, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in specific European countries such as Finland, Germany, or Switzerland.
  • Knowledge of new payroll software implementation processes.
