Process Safety Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Safety Engineer to join our team at ADM. As a Process Safety Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our employees, customers, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to minimize risks associated with process safety.
- Develop and implement process safety management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on process safety procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as safety engineering, process safety, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process safety engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of process safety management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
