Sales Solution Architect for Supply Chain Optimization

Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified professional to take on the role of Sales Solution Architect for Supply Chain Optimization (f/m/d). This position is ideal for individuals who are innovative, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic IT Planning: Design and implement stable, standardized, and cost-effective IT services.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead the digital evolution of core value chains, including technology scouting across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Logistics.
  • Enterprise Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the enterprise architect to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Identify customer needs, evaluate alternatives, and recommend suitable products.
  • Robust Solutions Delivery: Ensure the IT team provides reliable, cost-efficient, and secure solutions.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a consultant for Vibracoustic Executive Management and various business units.
  • Demand Management: Oversee business relationships and service portfolios, managing business patterns and demands.
  • Co-Innovation with SAP: Collaborate directly with SAP's Product Management on innovative solutions, including Digital Manufacturing and Sustainability initiatives.

Candidate Profile:
  • Educational Background: University degree in IT, Mechanical Engineering (with IT focus), or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Extensive Experience: Over 10 years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive, chemical, or IT service sectors.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Sales, Sourcing, Production, Logistics, and Quality systems.
  • Broad Understanding: Familiarity with Financial and PDM systems, integration services, collaboration solutions, and asset/license management metrics.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead with strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Cultural Proficiency: A respectful and open-minded team player, sensitive to cross-cultural dynamics.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
