Working Student in Logistics / Customs (d/f/m)

Are you ready to transition from theoretical studies to practical application after completing your initial semesters? If so, we invite you to explore this opportunity.

We are seeking a working student to assist our Global Supply Chain & Logistics Medical department, specifically in customs and foreign trade, at our Hamburg location. This role involves supporting our team with a commitment of up to 20 hours per week for a duration of one year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the team with customs and foreign trade operations
  • Maintain and review foreign trade data
  • Support import processes in Germany and the Netherlands
  • Analyze import duties based on assessments
  • Coordinate trade statistics in accordance with Intrastat and other reports

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in supply chain, logistics, economics, or engineering, with some prior work experience or apprenticeship
  • Methodical, precise, and solution-oriented approach to work, along with effective communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and communication skills
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus
  • Familiarity with Excel and basic SAP (MM, SD, FI) is advantageous
