About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Backoffice Specialist to join our team at KLK Emmerich GmbH. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement and logistics functions, ensuring seamless execution of business processes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the procurement team in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate logistics activities, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents to support commercial operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial or procurement role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
