Senior Coordinator Inland Delivery

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Coordinator Inland Delivery to join our team at Hapag-Lloyd AG. As a key member of our Inland Operations unit, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Inland operations and services.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Transportation planning and operational management of Inland transports
  • Administrating Inland transports, vendor and customer communication
  • Reviewing and verifying subcontractor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contractual terms
  • Collaborating with procurement and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
  • Maintaining an organized filing system for all invoices, correspondences, and documentation related to subcontractor billing
  • Regularly reporting on invoice status and any outstanding issues to management

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in administration processing, preferably in line shipping
  • High customer and service orientation, as well as strong communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively, structured, and analytically
  • Good written and oral German and English skills, and experience working with MS Office tools
  • Knowledge or experience working with CRM tools
