LBIH is seeking a skilled and dedicated Procurement Engineer to join our Central Procurement Department.

In this role, you will play a vital part in managing procurement processes for various services across the organization. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee European and national procurement procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and amendments, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Provide expert guidance to internal departments on procurement policies, fee structures, and contract law.

Your Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of public procurement principles and contract law.
  • Exhibit excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Fluency in German is required.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the region as needed.
