Overview of the Role
As an intern (m/f/d) within the Clearstream Portfolio and Project Management Office team, your focus will be on comprehensive project portfolio oversight under Clearstream Securities Services (CSS) and an extension to Clearstream Fund Services (CFS). Your tasks will include conducting monthly quality assessments on all projects within the portfolio, preparing presentations based on inputs from project managers and project reports, coordinating program meetings for senior management and clusters, documenting meeting minutes, aligning reporting activities between CSS and CFS, and tracking dates and modifications of legal entity meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and drafting of informational and decision-making documents (PowerPoint presentations) Support various projects and perform a range of tasks for the project manager in a Project Management Office (PMO) capacity Aid in the review and quality assurance of project reporting (utilizing Excel) Contribute to the consolidation and monitoring of issue lists Assist in the maintenance and follow-up of project and milestone plans, along with administrative and organizational duties

Candidate Profile:

You are currently enrolled at a recognized university and have completed a minimum of three semesters (with a focus in informatics, economics, business studies, or related fields) Ideally, you possess initial practical experience through internships in the financial services, information technology, or consulting sectors You have a keen interest in portfolio/project management and financial market infrastructure Your collaborative nature allows you to integrate seamlessly into the team. Your communication and teamwork abilities, sense of responsibility, and capacity for independent work enable you to quickly adapt to new topics You are inquisitive, eager to learn, and motivated to exceed expectations when necessary You have a solid understanding of corporate finance and project management (technical skills: MS Office, Clarity, SharePoint...) You are proficient in both written and spoken English
