We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Brand Safety Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining fire alarm systems, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and install fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems, identifying and addressing any issues or defects.
  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new security solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify potential security risks and develop tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in fire alarm system installation and maintenance.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, with a focus on fire alarm systems and security technologies.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
