Dining Room Attendant

XIAO Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Server to join our team at our Asian restaurant in Krefeld. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Upsell and promote menu items and special offers to increase sales and revenue.
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Server or in a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
