Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting technical training sessions at SIG training centers globally to qualify both clients and employees.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and documenting training sessions while assessing learning outcomes.
  • Executing technical assessments and other service offerings, such as 'Train the Trainer' programs and coaching sessions.
  • Ensuring the technical status and operational condition of training machinery.
  • Creating training documentation, including translations and digital content (eLearning).
  • Performing non-training related tasks within the training center, such as material and substance testing.
  • Advising internal departments and clients on training-related matters.
  • Qualification and potential certification of new system trainers.
  • Actively participating in new setups and developments on-site.
  • Engaging in technical training and on-site services to build and maintain technical expertise.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
  • Successfully completed vocational training or a technician qualification in mechatronics, mechanics, or a comparable field.
  • Ideally, 2-3 years of professional experience in the mechanics or mechatronics sector.
