As a pivotal member of our team, your primary focus will be the well-being of both guests and staff. By leading and coordinating the Front Office department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors while supporting your reception team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Check-Ins: Overseeing the check-in process and verifying reservations, overbookings, and available options.
- Scheduling: Creating and managing staff duty and vacation schedules.
- Budget Oversight: Monitoring the cost and revenue budget for accommodations.
- Quality Management: Implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
- Staff Development: Conducting internal coaching, cross-training, and planning training sessions for the ongoing development of Front Office staff.
Do you possess a strong personality and exceptional hosting skills? If so, you may be the right fit for our team. Additionally, you should bring:
- Relevant Experience: A background in hospitality or experience in the hotel/restaurant industry.
- Leadership Skills: A passion for developing team members, with prior leadership experience being advantageous.
