Position Overview: IT Service Manager as SAP Consultant (m/f/d)
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee IT service management while specializing in SAP consulting. This role requires a deep understanding of logistical SAP processes and expertise in customizing and process design across various SAP modules, including SD, PM, MM, Central Procurement, or Ariba.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact, delivering reliable support to clients and demonstrating proficiency in consulting as well as 2nd and 3rd Level Support.
- Continuously enhance customer solutions while aligning with client needs.
- Effectively manage the development of implementation concepts, customization, documentation, and project development.
- Utilize your expertise to contribute to projects, design customer workshops, and lead them with confidence.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Proficient in one of the specified SAP modules.
- Demonstrated experience in customer consulting, requirements management, and module customization.
- Strong understanding of logistical SAP processes and project management principles.
- Openness to learning additional SAP modules.
