HR Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at understandAI GmbH. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our HR practices and processes as we grow as an organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all HR lifecycle processes, from recruitment to operations, to ensure seamless integration and efficient execution.
- Serve as the go-to person for all HR-related questions from the team, providing expert guidance and support.
- Coordinate and document annual and ad-hoc performance reviews, ensuring accurate and timely feedback.
- Drive employee appreciation and recognition initiatives to inspire and motivate our workforce with state-of-the-art learning and development programs.
- Coordinate and execute operational tasks within HR, including payroll, legal support, and HR-IT.
- Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our HR business and strategy, aligning with the company's overall goals.
- Support Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Office initiatives, working closely with recruiters, coordinators, and other team members.
- Be a role model and drive the right culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
