Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Quality für unsere Filterproduktion.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätsmanagement in der Filterproduktion
  • Führung eines Teams von Qualitätsexperten und Motivation und Weiterentwicklung
  • Implementierung und Überwachung von Qualitätskontrollprozessen und -verfahren
  • Arbeit mit der Produktion zusammen, Analyse und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen
  • Schulungen und Trainings zur Qualitätssicherung für das Produktionsteam
  • Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten bei Qualitätsfragen und -audits
  • Regelmäßige Berichte und Präsentationen für das Management
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement im produzierenden Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen Qualitätsmanagementsystemen und -methoden
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Offenheit für gelegentliche Reisen
