Your Responsibilities- Expert Guidance - Assist employees and management with HR-related questions, process requests with a service-oriented approach, and adhere to legal and operational standards.
- Comprehensive Management - Oversee all HR-related functions from hiring to separation, manage HR documentation, and track employee attendance.
- Proactive Engagement - Support the production site and administrative functions throughout the recruitment cycle, conduct interviews, prepare employment contracts, and facilitate onboarding.
- Collaborative Improvement - Approach HR as a cross-functional service and actively engage in refining our operational processes.
- Educational Background - Completed degree focusing on HR or a related commercial field.
- Professional Experience - Prior experience in HR, preferably in HR administration, with a willingness to broaden your expertise.
- Skill Set - Enthusiasm for managing the complete employee lifecycle, proficient in MS Office applications and labor regulations, familiarity with SAP is a plus.
