Job Summary

Cinemo is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Software Developer to join our embedded and backend development core team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing new features for our optimized multi-platform connected media player.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new features for our cloud-based media player
  • Maintain a language binding library between C++ and JavaScript
  • Produce high-quality code to maintain and defend the company's leadership position
  • Maintain and improve existing software solutions
  • Test and ensure high software quality
  • Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation

Requirements

  • Strong experience (5+ years) in C++ and JavaScript
  • Experience with network protocols and APIs such as gRPC and REST
  • Cross-platform development (Android, Linux, QNX, iOS)
  • Unit- and Integration testing (using e.g. GTest)
  • Development and debugging of multithreaded code
  • Proactive drive and enthusiasm for the subject
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
