Position Title: Senior Identity Governance and Access Management Consultant

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Identity Governance and Access Management initiatives for international clients, ensuring the effective deployment of EmpowerID solutions.
  • Evaluate and document business needs, converting them into both functional and technical specifications.
  • Architect and execute solutions leveraging EmpowerID's capabilities to fulfill client requirements.
  • Establish robust relationships with stakeholders, comprehending their challenges and demonstrating how EmpowerID can provide solutions.
  • Perform business process evaluations and create system architecture documentation.
  • Deliver expert advice and assistance during testing and quality assurance stages.
  • Facilitate training and support for end-users to encourage solution integration.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the EmpowerID platform, becoming a recognized subject matter expert.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with a focus on Cloud Security, Identity Governance, Access Management, and Azure.
  • Practical experience with IGA products (e.g., SailPoint, One Identity, NetIQ, Omada) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Low Code platforms and SAP GRC/Access Management is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, agile setting.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for learning and mastering EmpowerID.
