  • Infrastructure Management: You will oversee the administration, development, and support of our diverse IT infrastructure.
  • System Maintenance: Your responsibilities will include system upkeep, monitoring, backups, and documentation.
  • Process Improvement: You will continuously enhance and automate processes within the infrastructure operations.
  • Incident Management: You will assist in resolving service disruptions as part of our incident and problem management efforts.
  • Client Support: You will support the service desk team in managing our clients and accounts.

We Look Forward to Welcoming You If You Bring
  • A completed education or degree in computer science.
  • Experience in managing distributed infrastructures.
  • Knowledge of cloud and network infrastructures (Google / Azure / Cisco / Fortigate / Juniper).
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft infrastructure (Windows and Exchange Server) and domain services (AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, etc.).
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and another scripting language.
  • A fascination with new technologies and a desire for personal growth.
  • A customer-oriented approach and excellent English language skills.
