Job Title: HR IT Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on the effective utilization and deployment of Oracle HCM
  • Creating customized process definitions and guiding clients through every project phase
  • Providing HR IT and process expertise to the team
  • Engaging in the design, development, and deployment of Oracle Cloud technologies
  • Supporting the formulation and execution of HR IT strategies
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR IT, ideally with Oracle
  • A strong interest in technology, HR, client engagement, and teamwork
  • Proficiency in implementing HR systems such as Oracle Cloud and Fusion HCM
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and conceptual abilities
