Strategic Data Insights Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Data Insights Leader to join our team at NavVis. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our business intelligence technical infrastructure, including integrating tools to collect data from various sources.
  • Oversee the cleanup and structuring of data using data transformation tools, ensuring it flows seamlessly into business intelligence reports.
  • Support teams that manage their own business intelligence reports, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning effectively.
  • Regularly organize and lead activities for our internal business intelligence community and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization.
  • Design and develop complex business intelligence reports that cater to the needs of different teams.
  • Bring together different levels of business intelligence users, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, acting as their primary point of contact for guidance and support in their growth within the business intelligence space.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, with a strong focus on business intelligence tools and data infrastructure development.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools, data transformation tools, and ETL processes.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior team members, manage cross-functional projects, and drive business intelligence strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
