Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at AMOR GmbH in Berlin. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
- 2+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of the jewelry industry
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
