Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE To Go. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and store profitability.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash register area and surrounding spaces.
- Stock products in a way that ensures quality and completeness, meeting customer expectations.
- Provide friendly and expert customer service, answering questions and making recommendations.
- Prepare convenience food items according to recipes, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Verify pricing and freshness of products, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Commercial apprenticeship or relevant work experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
- Strong passion for retail and excellent people skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and freshness.
- Reliability, conscientiousness, and a sense of responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
