Grohe AG is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Innovation Management Team as a Working Student Innovation Management. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our innovation efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Global Innovation Management Team in maintaining and improving our innovation landscape, ensuring a continuous flow of ideas and projects.
  • Assist in monitoring the stream of ideas and analyzing their potential, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and contributing to our innovative edge.
  • Develop and refine data visualizations to aid in reporting, providing the team with clear insights that support decision-making in the global innovation management process.
  • Handle data management duties, organizing and analyzing information vital to our innovation projects, and turning data into actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in Engineering, Business, Innovation Management, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in innovation management, technology platforms, and data analytics.
  • High proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and Google tools (drive, sheets, forms, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
