Position: Industrial Coating Specialist (m/f/d) focusing on Corrosion Protection

Bilfinger arnholdt GmbH stands as a prominent entity in the scaffolding sector across Germany, with its central operations based in Oberhausen and multiple branches throughout the nation. With a workforce exceeding 1,000 skilled professionals, we excel in providing services related to industrial scaffolding, corrosion protection, and insulation, all while emphasizing the importance of qualified personnel and collaborative efforts. Established in 1965, we are now integrated into Bilfinger SE located in Mannheim, delivering effective solutions to clients in various industries including chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, power generation, pharmaceuticals, and paper manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing renovation and painting tasks
  • Implementing corrosion protection measures
  • Preparing and maintaining the work environment
  • Performing spackling, sanding, and painting duties
  • Conducting plastering and surface finishing
  • Installing drywall, system components, insulation materials, and managing thermal insulation composite systems

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as an Industrial Coating Technician or equivalent craftsmanship experience
  • Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
  • SIVV certification is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Valid driver's license Class B/BE
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
  • Collaborative spirit and adaptability
  • Physical stamina
  • Openness to assembly tasks
