In this role, based at our headquarters, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the design and development of gloves for both winter and summer sports.
• Provide technical insights to product management through comprehensive market analysis.
• Convert design sketches into production-ready documents while ensuring feasibility and cost efficiency.
• Act as a key communicator between product management, design teams, and global manufacturing facilities.
• Enhance and refine textile products by integrating contemporary trends and technologies.
• Implement and optimize various textile processing techniques to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Oversee fit, finish, and overall product quality.
• Manage production approvals, quality assurance, and delivery processes.
• Maintain and update product information in the Product Information Management system.
• Assist the service department in addressing customer inquiries.
• Lead specialized projects aimed at evaluating innovative technologies and materials.

• Possess expertise in textile science and processing techniques.
• Demonstrate the ability to work both collaboratively and independently with a keen eye for detail.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
• Hold a degree or certification in Clothing Technology or a related field.
• Be open to occasional travel to manufacturing sites.
• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in both German and English.
