We are seeking a qualified Jobcoach (m/w/d) to join our team at Die Kolping Akademie in Sonthofen. As a Jobcoach, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in achieving their career goals.

• Conduct individual assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement
• Develop personalized career plans for each client
• Provide guidance on job search strategies and interview preparation
• Help clients build their confidence and motivation
• Facilitate group coaching sessions and one-on-one coaching
• Assist clients in finding job placements and internships
• Provide support in developing job-specific skills and knowledge
• Help clients overcome barriers to employment

• Relevant work experience in a related field
