Job Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/HGB standards.
  • Transaction Monitoring: Monitor and record all business transactions following legal and company guidelines.
  • Electronic Payments and Reconciliation: Handle electronic payments and maintain regular account reconciliation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Calculate and prepare reports, statistics, and analyses to support business decision-making.
  • Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison with employees, auditors, tax advisors, and banks to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Intercompany Reconciliation: Support with intercompany reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Commercial Education and Certification: Commercial education and certification as a Tax Specialist or Accountant.
  • Accounting Experience: Prior experience in accounting and financial analysis.
  • Tax Law Knowledge: Knowledge of tax law and its application in financial reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and experience with cloud-based ERP systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong team player with analytical skills and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and leadership potential.
