Your Contribution

Collaborate with clients to define business objectives and identify value opportunities that can shape product offerings, leading to significant business results or enhanced customer experiences. Formulate solution hypotheses iteratively, leveraging your expertise and that of your team to steer product development; subsequently validate these insights through user testing. Convert product strategy into a detailed roadmap that includes clearly defined and prioritized user stories, features, and enablers that will bring the product vision to life, aiding the client in securing a sustainable competitive edge. Set measurable objectives for the product, establishing success and acceptance criteria through meaningful metrics, KPIs, and quantifiable business outcomes. Design and implement solutions or digital transformation projects that boost business value delivery and responsiveness for our clients by utilizing Lean and Agile methodologies. Communicate technology-driven solutions, engage in new business scenarios and workshops, and adeptly navigate complex client challenges. Serve as the primary contact for identifying, managing, and resolving requirement inquiries, dependencies, issues, and risks in collaboration with both onshore and offshore teams. Cultivate and sustain a trusting relationship with clients, teams, and vendors; develop influence without direct authority. Inspire, guide, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Analysts to continuously enhance the development and improvement of top-tier digital products and services. Participate in stakeholder management across various user groups from Front Office to Back Office. Create project plans and assist in managing project scope effectively. As a Senior Associate with aspirations to transition into a managerial role, you will have the opportunity to lead internal delivery teams, providing mentorship and coaching.

Required Qualifications

Proven success in managing digital solutions within the ETRM domain from concept to launch, ensuring engineering and operational excellence. Extensive knowledge and experience in the energy and commodities sector. Practical experience with leading ETRM software packages, such as Endur, Rightangle, Aspect, or emerging solutions like Beacon. Strong understanding of end-to-end processes in the physical commodity, trading, or banking sectors. Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and secure stakeholder buy-in. A solid history of delivering complex business or technology solutions, from design to comprehensive system implementation, in the ETRM field. Experience with (or a keen interest in learning) techniques and methodologies that optimize value flow, grounded in Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles. Technical proficiency in database systems such as SQL, NoSQL, MySQL, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager and Agile Product Manager. Knowledge of US or EU Renewables Trading is highly advantageous.
