Job Summary

The Classroom Administrator is a key member of the Skillsbay Limited team, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of training programs, events, and workshops. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate onsite activities, including setup, logistics, and equipment arrangement, to ensure a seamless experience for trainers and participants.
  • Logistics Management: Manage training room bookings, tools, and access, as well as coordinate with internal and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with trainers, participants, and stakeholders, both in writing and verbally, to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
  • Program Administration: Administer program briefings, calibrate with speakers and stakeholders, and ensure activation of registration links, rosters, and logistic management on the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate attendance records, feedback sheets, and issuance of certificates, as well as calibrate with the offshore team for any changes or updates in the training event or program.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Local language proficiency is preferred for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including trainers, participants, and stakeholders, to achieve common goals.
