Primary Duties:

• Deliver compassionate care, education, and guidance to children on a daily basis
• Work collaboratively with parents and fellow educators to execute educational strategies
• Engage actively in team discussions and contribute to ongoing enhancements
• Monitor and record children's developmental milestones

Required Qualifications:

• Adherence to the values of the Red Cross
• Completed training as a certified educator or equivalent credentials
• Passionate about interacting with children and enhancing their daily experiences
• Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with parents and team members
• Competence in MS Office applications
