Biopharmaceutical Production Specialist

Rolle und Aufgaben

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Produktionsmitarbeiter DSP, der sich in der Downstream-Produktionsabteilung von Rentschler Biopharma einbringen möchte. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Herstellung von Biopharmazeutika beteiligt sein und sich um die Einhaltung von GMP-Bedingungen kümmern.

Die Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Mitarbeit in Downstream-Produktionsläufen unter GMP-Bedingungen
  • Setup von Suiten und Equipment
  • Bedienung, Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen / Analysengeräten
  • GMP-gerechte Dokumentation gemäß Herstellvorschriften
  • Erstellung diverse GMP-Dokumente (z.B. SOPs)
  • Pflege von Prozessdaten
  • Durchführung IPC
  • Durchführung Produktwechsel
  • Unterstützende Funktion bei der Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitern und Betreuung von Praktikanten
Qualifikationen und Anforderungen

Um diese Herausforderung erfolgreich zu meistern, benötigen wir:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Laborant, Pharmakant, Technischer Assistent im Bereich Biopharmazie, Lebensmitteltechnik, Chemie, Medizintechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/ Studium (m/w/d)
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Englisch-Grundkenntnisse
  • Genaues, sauberes und zuverlässiges Arbeiten
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit
  • 2 – Schichtarbeit (Früh/Spät)
