Inbound Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Inbound Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Falken Tyre Europe GmbH, a leading distributor of Falken tires across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate international freight traffic and ensure timely delivery of goods with logistics service providers.
- Process orders for inventory stocking and customer deliveries, ensuring seamless execution.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with warehouse service providers to optimize logistics operations.
- Conduct inventory reconciliation, data maintenance, and cost control to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support customs processing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in freight and container handling, with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Proficiency in MS-Office and SAP, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Excellent German and English language skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer orientation, reliability, and independence, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
