We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Office Administrator to support our Internal Medicine Clinic.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative and patient care tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.

  • Administrative Support:
    You will manage correspondence, prepare reports, transcribe medical documents, and assist with meeting arrangements.
    • Patient Care Coordination:
      Your duties will include scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, coordinating blood draws and vaccinations, and providing support during private consultations.
      • Office Management:
        You will be responsible for organizing the doctor's office, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a professional environment.

Qualifications:
