Hotel Night Auditor Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at the Munich Marriott City West. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift, including checking in and out guests, handling guest concerns, and maintaining the accuracy of hotel records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conscientiously check in and out guests, ensuring accurate room assignments and handling any guest concerns
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of hotel records, including room inventory and guest information
  • Perform nightly audits to ensure the hotel's financial records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations during the night shift

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, preferably in a night auditor or front desk role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
