Electrical Systems Project Coordinator

RLE Engineering & Services GmbH is seeking a Project Engineer specializing in Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) for a direct placement opportunity with a prominent business partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning and management of electrical and control systems for material handling systems.
  • Prepare and present the electrical and control components of proposals for large-scale material handling systems to clients.
  • Facilitate technical collaborations and provide guidance to both internal and external stakeholders regarding all electrical technology elements from proposal to commissioning.
  • Engage in negotiations and partnerships with international clients and subcontractors within the electrical and control engineering sector.
  • Monitor subcontractors involved in electrical and control engineering, including conducting quality assurance and acceptance testing.
  • Lead installation and commissioning activities at construction sites, particularly in international locations.
  • Participate in specialized projects such as research and development initiatives (e.g., IIoT) or perform industrial measurements.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience.
  • Proven experience in pricing and offering electrical components.
  • Strong understanding of the electrical components market and suppliers, along with relevant international standards in mechanical and plant engineering.
  • Familiarity with IIoT and digitalization, alongside programming expertise in industrial controllers (PLC and DCS).
  • Willingness to relocate and travel internationally as required.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Visio; knowledge of AutoCAD and VBA is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English at C1 level and proficient in German, both spoken and written.
